Coda, an animated short film about a lost soul that stumbles drunken through the city.
A small team of Dublin based animation studio, And Maps And Plans has directed the animated short film named ‘Coda’. The story is about a lost soul that stumbles drunken through the city until Death finds him in a park and shows him many things. This beautiful animated short film was funded by the Irish Film Board, RTÉ and the Arts Council. It has been nominated for the 42nd Annual Annie Awards in January 2015 and shortlisted for the 87th Academy Awards in February 2015. The film won several awards including the Best Animated Short Film award at SXSW and the Most Creative Short award at last year’s Edinburgh Short Film Festival.
