The dwelling is characterized by an open and yet sustainable design. It celebrates a lifestyle of easy going with a close relationship to the environment. Most windows and doors of the Marcus Beach House are strategically positioned to capture a breezes whilst roof overhangs are a great shelter from hot summer sunlight. A covered double height outdoor space serves as the heart of the home.
