Shadow Clock app for AndroidWear and Android based smartphones – Interaction and UI design by Craig Ward.

Late in 2014, New York City based graphic designer and art director Craig Ward was invited to create a new interactive watch face for Android 5.0 smartwatches. The Shadow Clock application is Craig Ward’s final design solution. His user interface proposal draws inspiration from sundials. The Shadow Clock app uses location information of the user as well as the time of day to cast subtle shadows from the custom designed numerals.
