The Handcrafted Sling-Slang yoyo by TAIT Design Co.

Creative handmade product design – The Sling-Slang yoyo by TAIT Design Co.

For the last nine months, Matthew Tait has been working on designing a yoyo and today he is releasing the new handmade product. This new product by TAIT Design Co. is called Sling-Slang, it’s the first in a series of models that he will be producing. Sling-Slang is a beginner to intermediate yoyo, made out of hard maple. It has a removable, grooved steel axle and comes as a kit with two colorful cotton-poly strings in a recycled cardboard velcro-lock case. The screen-printing is all done by hand and everything including the packaging is assembled in Michigan. It comes in three colors – Classic Black, Viridian, and Fandango.

Below you can see some images of the product and the cardboard velcro-lock case packaging. In addition, there is a nice “making of” video at the end of the post. For more information, check out taitdesignco.com
