Graduated at the European Institute of Design (IED) in Milan, Andrea Bianchi is a graphic designer with amazing skills. In 2019, he was asked to work on a brand identity for the RiAperto festival.
In Milan, there were canals that ran through the city, connecting places, and people. In 2019 they have been reopened (“riaperto” in Italian). During the construction, several events took place all over the city. The identity, starting from the shapes of the canals, embraces the energy of RiAperto while bringing the canals to life with several colorful abstract patterns. Just see it for yourself.
