Graphic Design, branding, and event design by San Francisco, CA-based studio Hybrid Design for Pinterest Knit Con.

Knit Con is Pinterest’s annual employee conference. The event celebrates creativity, hands-on learning, and the exploration of new skills and experiences. Hybrid Design, a San Francisco, CA-based creative studio was commissioned to develop the entire identity including event design to create a fresh new take on the idea of the Pinterest thread. To do so, they focused on the key elements that tie Pinterest’s values and employees together. The vivid mix of typography, colorful design elements and illustrations results in a beautiful physical space that the Pinners call home. Below you can see some design examples as well as photos from the event. For more of Hybrid Design’s creative work, please visit their website. Full credits can be found at the end of the article.
