Artist feature: Katia Lifshin and her series of paintings named “All the Memories”.
Katia Lifshin is a Ukrainian-born artist who now lives and works in Israel. At the age of 19, she moved to the US where she studied visual art, painting, and sculpting at Pima College in Arizona. Until today, she participated in several group shows in the US and Israel and held two solo shows in Phoenix and Brooklyn so far. Using old photographs as her guide and inspiration to her artworks, Katia Lifshin primarily focuses on oil paintings as well as drawings and cyanotype prints.
