The Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum in Suzhou, China designed by Vector Architects.
Recently completed in 2016, the skilled team of Vector Architects was commissioned to design the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum in Suzhou, China. The community museum includes numerous exhibition spaces as well as a restaurant on the ground floor. The massive concrete building is based on several areas, which have been stacked together to create this modern and minimalist architectural formation. A spacious courtyard with several walkways serves as connection between the various structures. Furthermore, several terraces that have been placed on different levels provide much space and views across the beautiful surroundings. The angled architecture creates a harmonious contrast to the natural environment.
