Qualcomm Poster Illustrations by Dan Matutina of Twistedfork for the FIA Formula E Championship 2014-2015.
Dan Matutina, a Manila, Philippines based designer and illustrator of studio Twistedfork was commissioned by agency Knock Twice to create a series of illustrations for the Qualcomm posters of the FIA Formula E Championships 2014-2015. Dan Matutina was briefed to create a special illustration for each race including the Grand Prix of Beijing (September 13, 2014), Putrajaya (November 22, 2014), Punta del Este (December 13, 2014), Buenos Aires (January 10, 2015), Miami (March 14, 2015), Long Beach (April 4, 2015), Monaco (May 9, 2015), Berlin (May 23, 2015), Moscow (June 6, 2015), and London (June 27-28, 2015). Each poster illustration has been designed in the colors of the country’s flag. The posters show Formula E cars along with different Qualcomm patent diagrams and typical landmarks as well as symbols that represent the cities.
