Céntrico is a company internationally recognized for its Mexican “Acapulco Chairs”. Besides manufacturing these chairs, Céntrico is also known for a variety of innovative furnishings using the “acapulco style” technique.

Studio Bienal’s new branding proposal is much closer to Céntrico’s products and their distinctive style. Especially the design of the new logotype refers to this artisan technique used by craftsmen when making these furniture pieces. Studio Bienal decided to use a color palette that draws inspiration from colors chosen by Mexican architect Luis Barragan and his colorist Chucho Reyes. Bienal’s work included the overall brand concept consisting of a new logo design as well as different brand and communication design elements such as stationery, business cards, hang tags, brochures, and diverse advertising materials. You can find more of Bienal’s creative work on their website: bienal.mx
