Casa Redux in Sao Paulo, Brazil by Studio mk27

Straight and modern architectural design.

The luxurious Redux house located in Sao Paulo, Brazil by studio mk27.

Studio mk27 was responsible for this amazing architectural project. In 2013 they completed Casa Redux, a house located in the countryside of São Paulo, Itatiba, in a gated community called Quinta da Baroneza.

The architectural structure is characterized by a slab floor, 4 programmatic boxes, and a slab ceiling. Studio mk27 has created an architectural concept that takes advantage of the natural slope. The entire building seems to float above the ground. As already mentioned, the house is divided into four blocks. The first area includes the intimate area with 4 bedrooms and a sauna, the second part includes the master suite. The third block contains the entire services area like kitchen, laundry room, sitting room, bathrooms, and maids rooms. The fourth and last block includes a garage as well as a technical area. A striking feature of the outdoor area is the large pool. For more information about this project, please visit: studiomk27.com.br
