Campaign and Visual Communication by Studio Marcus Kraft for Zürcher Theater Spektakel

Take a look at the campaign and visual communication design created by Studio Marcus Kraft for Zürcher Theater Spektakel.

Studio Marcus Kraft is a graphic design studio based in Zürich, Switzerland. They specialize in custom-made projects with strong visual narratives for a broad range of national and international clients. In 2021, the studio was commissioned to work on a unique campaign and visual communication for the “Zürcher Theater Spektakel”, one of Europe’s largest festivals for the contemporary performing arts.

“To create this year’s campaign, we’ve collaborated with artist and photographer Jean-Vincent Simonet. The expressive visuals show protagonists of the upcoming performances. Simonet combined old manual photographic techniques with new digital retouching methods in a specially devised experimental process. The radiant and fluid works, which look like a mix of photography and oil painting, have an exuberance that suits the dense program.”

Below you can see some images and videos of the project. For more, please take a look at the website of Studio Marcus Kraft.
