Architecture firm Marià Castelló designed “Ca l’Amo House”, a modern and minimalist residential property on the island of Ibiza.

Located at the northern end of the San Mateo plain on the island of Ibiza, Ca l’Amo is a 42,385 m² residential property. Architecture firm Marià Castelló designed a house that is organized in five clearly differentiated volumes. The first three volumes include the entire program for a large family with lots of social activities. The fourth volume offers most outdoor spaces, while the fifth volume can be used as a guest area with independent access. The fourth and fifth volume are separated by the pool and the main leisure area. The length of the five volumes is determined by the depth of the terrace on which the apartment is located, which helps to integrate the intervention into the landscape.

Below you can find a few images of the house. For more of the studio’s architectural work, please visit their website.
