It’s always a pleasure to discover new great pieces of art created by artists, which I previously did not know. In this case, ‘enthusiasm’ is probably the right word.
Dallas, Texas-based artist Michael Reeder was born in 1982. After his graduation with a BFA in painting from the School of Visual Arts in New York, Michael Reeder pursued a career as a professional artist. In addition to his personal paintings, he works as freelance graphic artist for commissioned projects.
His work is currently focused on portraiture, where he combines different style elements, techniques, and media. In his artworks one can recognize Michael Reeder’s outstanding painting skills, but also his abilities as an graphic artist. He skillfully blends figurative parts with abstract or graphic elements.
