Designed by Felix Braden and Alex Rütten of foundry Ligature Inc, Tuna is a new serif font family that combines a touch calligraphy with the professional needs of contemporary typography. Whether print or on screen, the 10 styles (5 weights plus matching Italics) offer great readability also in long text sections. The typeface has been designed by Felix Braden and Alex Rütten with an eye to cross-media projects. With well-defined shapes and unique details, the family is a great all-rounder. The 5 weights (ranging from light to heavy) consist of more than 700 glyphs in total. Its extensive character set supports all Western, Eastern, and Central European Languages. The extensive set of typographic features includes small caps, lining figures, oldstyle figures, tabular figures, tabular osf, small figures, fractions, nominators, denominators, inferiors, contextual alternates, and ordinals. This family has been made for professional typography!
