Charles Williams is a contemporary artist from Georgetown, South Carolina. He graduated at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Savannah, Georgia with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts. His oil paintings are mainly based on a contemporary realist style.

Charles Williams often depicts unique moments in nature like the liquid fluidity and raw power of water.
