Polina Washington is a 26 years old photographer who lives in Saint Petersburg, Russia. She has graduated as a director of photography from University of Cinema and Television in 2014. She shoots on 35 mm film for more than 10 years. Since 2016, she started to explore digital photography. Whether self-portraits, friends or landscapes, Polina’s images convey a feminine and kind of dreamy touch. She skillfully plays with light, colors, various compositions, and some experimental gimmicks such as double exposure. Her body of work is a visual exploration of her mind and all the things around her. A small selection of images can be found below.
