Mangoola Coal Mine Opening Identity by End of Workby Dirk Petzold on Jun 14, 2013 • 17:14 No Comments
Coal Mine Corporate Identity.
If you are thinking of coal mines, a dark and bold place usually comes to mind. The Australian creative consultancy End of Work had the task to create the corporate identity for Xstrata’s Mangoola Coal Mine. The design team decided to develop something different, a more subtle and elegant identity. The black design was inspired by the name ‘Mangoola’, which has indigenous Australian origins and means “place of the black cockatoo”. This key color is the base for the complete collateral and identity material.
