Eyes on German artist Tim Eitel.

Born in Leonberg, Germany in 1971, Tim Eitel is a German artist and one of the leading representatives of the art movement “Neue Leipziger Schule”. He studied Romance, German and Philosophy in Stuttgart until he studied Arts at Hochschule für Kunst und Design Burg Giebichenstein. Later on, Tim Eitel studied at the Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst Leipzig from 1997 bis 2001. He lived in Leipzig and Berlin until he moved to Los Angeles, New York, and last but not least, Paris. His paintings masterfully combine influences of the Realism and Romance. His paintings could be seen in numerous exhibitions nationally and abroad. A small selection can be found below. He is currently represented by Galerie EIGEN+ART.
