Ecocapsule – Portable Solar and Wind-Powered Micro Home

The Ecocapsule house, a highly portable, solar and wind-powered micro home by Nice Architects.

The Slovak team of studio Nice Architects has designed the Ecocapsule, which is a portable solar and wind-powered micro home offering an unmatched dwelling experience.

With its portability and flexibility as well as completely self-sufficient method of construction, the Ecocapsule home can be used for a variety of needs ranging from independent research station or emergency housing to a tourist lodge – the possibilities are immense. The low-energy house is packed into a compact egg-shaped form. Each Ecocapsule is equipped with solar panels on the roof, a 750W wind turbine, and a clever system to collect rainwater.
