In recent years, the British Interactive Media Association (BIMA) has become UK’s largest and most popular network for digital professionals. BIMA’s goal is to simplify and optimize their members’ work procedures and conditions in numerous ways. Furthermore, the organisation serves as a platform where digital professionals can showcase their work and exchange ideas and concepts with others. With the times, BIMA has experienced some major changes and their existing identity was no longer appropriate. The creative team of Only Studio was hired to work on a new visual language. As part of the new visual language, Only Studio’s creative team was invited to re-think the positioning of the organisation in order to inform a new direction. Over a period of several weeks, they developed a new brand strategy, which strengthens the position at UK’s digital industry. The new brand strategy underlines their confidence, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. A red frame has become the new striking feature of the new design. It represents a responsive framing device. This graphic element can flex and adapt to fit any given application. Only Studio’s work also included the development of all branding materials including print and web. A few examples can be seen below.
