Villa SG21 – Uncompromising yet sustainable architecture by FilliéVerhoeven Architects.

For those staring at this fine, old vehicle in the front, no it’s actually not about the car. We want to show you the not less beautiful building behind it. Surrounded by a picturesque landscape, Villa SG21 was designed by FilliéVerhoeven Architects with the aim to create a house that provides a modern and minimalist sense of aesthetics while merging perfectly with the idyllic environment. The building is based on a monolith-like structure with wide surfaces and perfectly thought-out edges. The roof greening is a very special feature of the house, which creates a harmonious connection to the landscape. In contrast to the black, wood-clad exterior walls, the interior space offers a rather bright color scheme. Well selected interior objects provide the perfect contrast. A few images of the building can be found below. For further information, just have a look at the FilliéVerhoeven Architects website: fillieverhoeven.nl
