Albia is the name of a recently completed office building in the Santa María corridor in Monterrey, Mexico. Built by Emblem Capital, the well designed building is a great example of the architectural solutions created by one of Mexico’s most iconic and prestigious architects, Agustín Landa Vértiz †. With 5,400 square meters and 150 offices distributed over 19 floors, Albia is an office building that combines functionality and efficiency with top notch personality.

The logo symbolizes the 7 pillars that visually define and physically support the building. The design team has chosen a color scheme and a selection of papers based on the building’s textures and materials.
